Monday Meals,

So I am embracing a healthy lifestyle.  What does that really entail? A lot of work first and foremost.  It also involves a lot of planning.  So this here is Monday's list of meals for a healthy and yummy lifestyle.

Monday
2 small slices of melon
1 bowl of plain oatmeal (with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon)
1 small cup of coffee with fat free flavored cream (this takes away the sugar I would have added)

Snack: Almonds and a few Rainier cherries! Yum!

Lunch
Small Green Salad with dried cranberries, ff shredded cheese, and tomatoes
1 turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with 1/2 slice of American Cheese and Honey Mustard

Snack: FF Yogurt

Dinner
Shrimp Fajitas with Black Beans (Use Fat Free Cheese and Fat Free Sour Cream)

Snack: Strawberries
